Our Clapham High branch was one of the original aspire offices and prior to this was trading as another well established agent. Having occupied this same site for over 20 years we have seen an enormous change in our catchment area in that time. Once seen as slightly down at heel, Clapham North has now become a nightlife hub, with a vibrant restaurant, bar and club scene. The nightlife is balanced by some great parks and leisure facilities, and good use of the green spaces particularly in the summer with events such as SW4 on the Common and the Lambeth Country Show in Brockwell Park. This transition in the area has seen the demographic change to match. Predominantly twenty-something, the populace is initially looking for smart rental properties to share with friends, before buying their first pad, typically a one or two bedroom Victorian Conversion flat.
