Birksen was founded in 2007 by Lisbeth Olesen and Tim Birks. Lisbeth and Tim met whilst working for one of central London’s top florists.

In case you are wondering, the name Birksen comes from combining Lisbeth and Tim’s two surnames. (Birk and Sen from Olsen).

In Tim and Lisbeth’s own words: “We love flowers, they make us really happy. Pop in and say hi, you’ll be jolly happy too”
