Free first pregnancy class at The Hub

The Hub Pregnancy fitness classes have been designed to help women keep fit, healthy and strong during pregnancy. They are also the perfect classes for women to get back into exercise after having a baby. They are a combination of mobility, cardiovascular, strength and core work, aiming at keeping your body strong during and after pregnancy and in preparation for lifting/carrying/breastfeeding your baby, and they will help your body heal in the post-partum period.
The classes are suitable at any stage of pregnancy and post-pregnancy, and it doesn’t matter what your exercise levels were before becoming pregnant – every exercise can be adapted to your needs and ability, depending on how you feel and current injuries. The classes are kept small, only 6 people maximum, so Tom and I can keep an eye on everyone in the class and give them the attention they need or adapt the exercises when needed. We are both qualified osteopaths so we will make sure that every exercise you do is safe and beneficial to you. The classes are fun and friendly and all the ladies who’ve attended so far got on really well!

Cost and booking:
Your first class is completely FREE – just email pregnancy@hub-health.com to get booked in for your trial class.
After your first class: 10 classes = £150 or 5 classes = £85
The packages never expire so if you miss a class, or two, or more, you don’t lose them.

The classes are called PregnaFIT and can be booked directly on our Goteamup online system.
