Lambeth Council have created a series of programmes to celebrate and thank the Windrush Generation for their contribution to our society.

Lambeth want to reach as many people as possible to encourage them to join in on the Monday 22June 2020 at 10:27. This is a call to action for everyone across Lambeth,London and the UK to stop–play a specially recorded song for Windrush and sing along.

Alongside this musical tribute they are encouraging schools, home schoolers, young families, local residents, groups and businesses to download the art pack created for the event and display it in their home or business windows to celebrate the day and show gratitude for the contribution of the Windrush Generation.Let’s make a statement of solidarity to Windrush
