Welcome to the Grafton Square Surgery. We are an old established practice, and moved here from our old premises in Wandsworth Road two years ago. We are now based in the former People’s Church in Grafton Square. Our premises are state of the art and fully accessible.

We are part of a large partnership of NHS GPs – The Grafton Medical Partnership – which operates five surgeries in South West London. We are fully committed to the founding principles of the NHS and believe that by working together as a group we can offer better services to our patients than the private sector can.
