Inspired by the UK City and European Capital of Culture awards, the London Borough of Culture is a new initiative aiming to capture the energy and imagination of an entire city.

On the 1st December 2017, Lambeth Council, supported by BIDs and organisations across the borough will be submitting a bid for a game-changing cultural programme. So far, Lambeth’s bid has been generating an enthusiastic response across the borough, with over 50 organisations partnering on the development of the application.

At this evening reception, you will hear how Lambeth’s application can bring forward a remarkable cultural programme, and how businesses can support and benefit from the initiative.
