Every month Helen Graves serves a different five course menu in collaboration with a winery chosen by Dvine Cellars. This month the theme is Latin America and the winery is Matetic, located in Chile.

Menu:

Tortilla chips with pork crackling dust and pumpkin seed dip.

Chilled garlic and almond soup.

Cochinita pibil tacos (slow cooked pork with fresh corn tacos), fermented gooseberry salsa, habanero sauce and pink pickled onions.

Hibiscus and watermelon granita.

Dulce de leche cheesecake.

£50pp for 5 courses with 4 glasses of wine.
