Taster Sunday – Acting from an Undefended Heart – self-discovery using Method Acting and Mindfulness techniques

This session will include a taster of various techniques including: meditation and mindfulness, communication exercises, Meisner repetition, sense memory, emotional recall and improvisation.
Those interested in learning more can attend weekly classes starting Monday 3rd Feb.
