Landor road

As part of our greening projects around Clapham we are starting our second stage of the Urban Orchard.

Last year alongside The Landor Pub, Atherfold Hemberton Landor TRA, Fenwick Estate TRA, Bandstand Beds, The Open Orchard Project and volunteers installed the first stage of a new urban orchard and kitchen garden on Landor Road.

The next stage of the project will take place this Saturday, which will see the planting of a range of apple, pear, damson and cherry trees.

Please note that this project is funded by the Clapham BID (a business organisation representing 355 businesses in Clapham). It will be a temporary installation and its long term future is subject to regeneration of the Fenwick Estate. Plants and trees could be transplanted to other areas, should resident wish to keep them.
