New Santander docking stations

Clapham has now gained two new Santander docking stations stations.

Both located close to Clapham North and Clapham Common tube station these are a welcome addition to Clapham and it is hoped to encourage more businesses and their employees to use a form of zero emission transport and enable more people to take advantage of Clapham’s cycle superhighway and Quietway 5, which will runs through Clapham Common. London bike hire key information:
You can hire bikes using London’s public cycle hire scheme, Santander Cycles.

There are more than 750 docking stations and 11,500 bikes to hire around London.

It costs £2 to access a Santander Cycles bike for 24 hours; the first 30 minutes of each journey are free.

For longer journeys, it costs an extra £2 for each additional 30 minutes.

Bikes can be hired using a bank card at the docking station, or using the official app.

A business membership is available for £90 a year, enabling a staff member to use a bike free of charge for the first 30 minutes and £2 per 30 minutes after for more information on this scheme email santandercyclebusinessenquiries@tfl.gov.uk
