Apply now: Local Restrictions Support Grants Tiers 2 & 3 – and ‘Christmas Support Payment for Wet-Led Pubs’

Applications are now open for Government grants for the periods of time Lambeth was under Tier 2 and Tier 3 restrictions.  This includes: 

  • Grants for businesses in the Hospitality, Leisure and Accommodation sectors that have remained open but severely impacted by Tier 2 and 3 restrictions.  
  • Grants for businesses in the Hospitality, Leisure and Accommodation sectors that have been forced to close under Tier 2 and 3 restrictions 
  • Additional ‘Christmas Support Payment for Wet-Led Pubs’

Please be aware that this application does not relate to Tier 4 restrictions and grants. The council is awaiting guidance from Government on Tier 4 support, but it is anticipated that a separate application form may be required for this. More information on Tier 4 support will be provided on the webpage linked to above and businesses are encouraged to sign-up for email updates (on this page) to receive direct notifications. 

Apply now: Local Restrictions Support Grants – National Lockdown

Lambeth Council has paid out in excess of £2million to businesses that were forced to close during the National Lockdown period (05 November – 02 December). Whilst 71% of businesses we expect to be eligible have received support, there are still some businesses who have not applied. Applications for these grants remain open for businesses who were forced to close by the Government, with grants of either £1,334, £2,000 or £3,000 available, depending on the rateable value of premises. The application form for these grants is available at

Reminder: Lambeth Economic Resilience Fund

Lambeth’s Economic Resilience Fund opens for applications at 9am on Tuesday 5th January 2021 – and close at 5pm on Friday 8th January 2021.. This will provide additional grant support to Market Traders and retail concessions, independent hospitality and leisure (including supply chain), cultural and creative industries (including supply chain) and businesses in shared workspaces.
