Crispin at studio voltaire

Crispin at Studio Voltaire is a new 50-cover restaurant and counter bar from HAM Restaurants, focusing on small and predominantly independent producers and growers to deliver produce-focused dishes.

From Thursday 21 March 2024 the restaurant will be open for daytime service and lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner Thursday to Saturday, and comprises 40 seated covers with an additional 10 bar covers, an outdoor drinking garden and, in the summer months, a dining terrace.

Head chef Michael Miles (previously from Counter71 and Manteca) offers classic, unpretentious seasonal dishes showcasing the best produce of the British Isles. He is joined by Sous Chef Ella Williams (previously Mountain, Soho) and Executive Chef Lewis de Haas, (previously Petersham Nurseries).

Expect modern takes on European and British classics, fresh pasta, charcoal-grilled meat and fish, seasonal vegetables, and nostalgic desserts. The menu will be ever-changing with the seasons.

HAM Restaurants’ head of wine Alexandra Price has curated a wine list that celebrates artisanal winemakers and their craft. Each season will bring a focus to five different winemakers, celebrating their individual stories. Crispin at Studio Voltaire’s wine programme will also include wine tastings and winemaker dinners.
