In 2022 This is Clapham launched a new daytime crime initiative to support retailers and other businesses suffering from shoplifting and other crimes. The initiative is delivered in partnership with the Safer Business Network.

Members are given subsidised access to the alert crime reporting app, enabling them to upload images of suspected offenders. The approach seeks to identify individuals regularly associated with crime and disorder and work in partnership with the police to take action.
